The Shower Manager fits to existing showerheads. No special tools are required. No electrical connections are required.The Head-of-Household using a magnetic sensor programs in one of three full-flow time settings of 5, 8 or 11 minutes. A beep alerts the bather of the change in flow 60-seconds before the change. The restricted flow, 1/3 of full flow, leaves just enough to finish rinsing, but not enough to encourage continued showering. The 5-minute reset interval prevents the bather from extending their shower.
The microprocessor controlled device is powered by an inexpensive and long life 9-volt battery. The Shower Manager does not alter the mixture of Hot/Cold water nor does it serve as the main shower shut-off. These important functions remain with your shower on/off tap.
